Yeah those drawings by sabtastic rebealed the obvious, and that is why i tell you people will start following trends they already do it, at least on the art portal here on NG, and that was partly what made Sabtastic go into her experiment.
Well the Live stream project is practically dead really, because we don't really know when the NG team will have the time or the resource to start working on it, so i say death i think that after months of not touching the theme i can safely say that this is no hiatus.

Seems like it. Oh, it was that long ago... didn't actually read any dates on the posts. I guess there's a lot of things the staff are working on, so far there's at least feed fixes, filesize submission fixes and missing reviews on obituaries fixes on the to do list... and I seem to recall talk about adding advertisements to MP4 submissions, and changing the way collections work, and that new satellite site system... and secrets that are taking forever. At times I wonder if all they're really doing is viewing submissions, responding to messages and keeping NG alive on other social networks... there's so much to do here I can spend entire days here and not actually accomplish anything. Hope they have more discipline than I do...
Yeah just reviewing and reading comment must devour their entire time.

Well as for Collections, it feels like a big mess. Not all Collections are even displayed on the Collection page, so it's really hard to find what you're looking for if you're not just going there to just view some random content; see what's happening right now. I'd like a better index, personally I'd love just a long text-based view for Collections like the portal but that's probably never going to happen... if 'satelite-sites' bring in more revenue, and more users, and doesn't get rid of anything... it could be pretty useful! Haha, yeah, OK, no discussion even in comments then. :)

I agree the collections could be easier to browse and to find, and they also need more exposure the whole collection page is kinda hidden, indeed, most things are like that.

Yeah, when i started that painting i also started to be more active on NG beyond just consuming and the occasional review, but looking back, i have not made any progress at all.

I liked how you made a spectacle out of your post, but I don't understand who are those people you're talking about, are they some kind of painters who lived before XX century?
The great Hieronymus Bosch is well is the man himself, the father of chimeras, he is actually from years 1450 to 1516, so yeah... waaaaaay before XX century.
As for Mr Wayne Barlowe, he is still alive, and since he is still alive and human, he can still fuck up on his work, that is why i don't call him master, even if i admire him.
