Now you just need a good programmer, or learn to program.
I am sure that in the NG forums you will find people interested on it, so you just need to develop the rest which is, art, story, gameplay that will differentiate the game from other games, a gimmick so to speak.
For example Fez, could have been just your typical puzzle plataformer, but it added the aspect of being able to change perspectives and make the rendering of the game in 3D meaningful, however that's just what makes the game different, Fez is a great game even without the gimmick because just from the world design, and the hidden story the thing captivates, well doing those things is your work.
I've wanted to play Fez, though I heard the guy who made it kinda told everyone to fuck off, but meh, it did look like a cool game. But I'd love to do artwork, and I'm gonna take an online course on programming when I can. But I should focus on drawing, and getting a scanner first, and a new laptop

He did, and then some more, in short the guy is crazy in a bad way, he has anger issues, is really paranoid, and betrayed his fellow indie developers by voting against them in a games award thing.
But his flaws as a person aside, the game Fez is really, really good.
Yeah develop a world, draw it, make it interesting even just to look at, and then imagine, what would be something awesome that you could do in this world? that makes it unique to this world? and could the player interact with it? for that you don't need to be a programmer, you just need to be able to imagine.
I am good at imagining, and I've been getting better at drawing, still don't wanna post any artwork cuz shitty phone is shitty.
As long as you get the world building part right then at least design wise you will have a solid base to fall back onto.

Or go with the flow and make a Patreon account like everyone else, but yes paypal works, also i am pretty sure that Deviant Art and the likes, have options for commissions and stuff, and if you are streaming then you could use a subscriber system like Twitch, well you will have to ask someone more in the know about what streaming system is better for artist, since Twitch is for gaming.
I hear picarto is good for streaming, buuut I don't know how I would stream given I don't have the equipment.
Then use normal portfolio sites like DA and charge using Paypal, if Bitcoin was more stable you could also get a wallet and charge using it (which is not entirely a bad idea since people can send you money there and you don't have to necessarily link it to a credit card, yet you can still exchange the money, and directly use the wallet to buy things in different websites), there's also Behance but i guess that one is more for people ready to go out there and face the world.
These things confuse me, but I'll see about using them, thank you for the tremendous aount of help you've given me.

I am still scouted, but i lost all those privileges like scouting people or browsing the unscouted section a year ago, and i have no idea why, but there probably was a reason for that i hope, not like i care anymore, nowadays whenever i find someone worth scouting (by sheer chance) i ask the favor to CyberD, so he kinda ends taking the risk in my place.

It's amazing how many old buildings and roads are untouched here in eastern PA, but old colonial roads have their downsides too, like being too narrow, too windy, blind corners and intersections that aren't quite square. Despite this, the roads here are much better than in NJ, that's for sure!

With the furries, othing, I'm still drawing for them, though still for free, I need to set up a payment system, I don't know, but I do think I've been getting better at drawing atleast.
Improvement is always good news, well you could also try and get a bigger fanbase advertise yourself and all that jazz, or if you don't feel ready interact and strengthen the bonds with the ones you already have.

You know pokemon mystery dungeon is a turn base dungeon crawling game, without puzzles, and randomly generated factors, like the maps, stats, etc, a typical rouge-like, maybe that's close to what you would describe.
Of course the random generator is the novel, and the hard part of rougue-likes.
