So much detail here! there is a lot of things to look at, and yet i can't stop looking at that giant mech droping on them!!!!

Quite good, it seems like one of those teleporting enemies that are excellent at harassing you doing lots of damage and have medium levels of health and armor.

He is a villain with all that is good in the world:
-pirate wood leg.
-light saber sword, ice word and pirate hook that merge into a wolverine claw.
-dinosaur head with a second shark head in the shoulder.
-arm sword-robot claw-giant arm.
-cyborg-chimera-time-traveling-space-death-lord.

People just read this description and they think:
"my man that doesn't sound like a villain, those are the attributes of a god!!"

Yes, he wanted to become a god basically, and he did! until the enemy ripped him open with a magnet, spraying his limbs across the battlefield. His allies managed to salvage his brain.. which was pretty useless.
oh and it's a sword made of pure, waffle, energy, not a lightsaber, :D
