I think for a video that lacks context it is doing quite well.
In the video however you can see him tumbling around trying to hold the symbols of his ego, while smoke rises on the background, this is a misleading image, he is not as incompetent as people may believe, yes he is an ignorant idiot, but he is not brainless, some commentators on this video are even saying that he did nothing, and that's also false.
Anyway the photo in question and the actions taken in order for the photo to happen are a display of power.
It sends the message that he can stomp over people and go and do what he wants regardless of what those people wanting to be heard are demanding and in order to achieve that he has the power of the state (the police who violently pushed a path open for him to go and take the photo), and religion or god on his side, meaning that said book defends his actions and those who stand with him, which among other things are the very people the protesters are protesting against, cops and their corrupt, brutal, and racist ways.
It sends a message about control, power, dominance and imposition over his own people, using religion as the grounds to validate his actions, the implications for this are peculiar because they go in contradiction to the first amendment of the american constitution, with his actions he violates the rights for people to organize, protest, and speak up, while also bringing religious ideals as the main defense of his actions over the constitution, despite the USA being a secular state.
And talking about religion pretty sure Jesus wont approve of such actions either, but what matters is the narrative being sold to his supporters, that he has the power of god and the state with him, and that he will use it regardless of how many people he has to attacks, hell this is the guy that say he was going to send the army against civilians.
