So Rukia Kuchiki without powers, an energy absorbing sword and with (more) panty-flashing? hehe.

Normally voice acting is really weak on these kind of productions, but this one was quite good, the music was also on point, and the animation was smooth, however it was not as smooth as the other samples that you posted before, probably because this is a bigger file and was harder to sync, well other than that this was quite pleasing.

Damn, and i was here wondering if the dirty cop was really a dirty cop why were all the other agents letting him be? but the old lady being the actual thief was such a twist that my question doesn't even matters.

This is a metaphor on prudence, as in: if you don't see fully into what you are about to do, then even playing a prank may end in you and your friends being roasted and made into food.
